Moving on..... the personal training certification process is going well. There is SO SO SO SO SO much to sink in and learn. It is so amazing to me to learn about how incredible the human body is and more important now to really learn how our body responds to nutrition and exercises. It amazes my how my body functioned for so many years with the way I treated it. I'm telling you people take care of that precious body nutritionally and physically :)
Next up I'm so excited to say that it's time for me to start playing with the BIG boys! I signed up for a gym membership! I want to start picking up that heavy iron baby! This girl wants some nice round shoulders and maybe a couple abs. This is my last week of Jillian Michaels Body Revolution, and after my second round I think Jillian has prepared me to move onto to heavier weights I'm maxed out at 15lbs with her circuits. I have had amazing results from my second round. I'll post pics soon but it's time to put down the baby weights and start lifting a little heavier!
