As a runner only running a half marathon and knowing the emotions, and heart and soul that go into a race. These were Boston Marathon runners from all over the world that have put their entire heart and soul into just making it to this race, and for someone to plan this at that moments when your entire soul is running out in those last moments before the finish line as you see your friends and family on the side cheering you on. It makes me sick to my stomach to know the heartless scum that live on this earth to even think about planning something like that it at that moment when the most highest of highs and strongest of strong are joined together. They are trying to mess with our minds, our hearts, our strength. We have to keep running, we have to keep praying, we can't let them win and we can not live in fear.
Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the LORD your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you." Deuteronomy 31:6
To see the hero's running towards the explosion, and to hear the stories of the hero's, and the runners that kept running miles to the hospitals after their race to donate blood warms my heart and is comforting and inspiring to still see the good in this world after so much evil. To see the nation come together so quickly, and the runners united in honor of all involved is amazing to see.
Today I'm wearing one of my race shirts in honor of Boston
And later I will be running my 4.15 miles with my Runners Untied to Remember race bib on. For more info on running here is the link to the page. Runners United to Remember Event
Runners are a community of people who support every person out there on their feet, who celebrate every mile, who will help any person in need, and never boo a competitor, and someone is trying to break some of the biggest hearts and souls. We can not let them win.
KEEP RUNNING!!!!!

And that is probably the best message: KEEP RUNNING! Our hearts are certainly in Boston. Ran 2 miles last night and walked 26.2 minutes this morning in tribute. Wish I knew HOW/could help more!
